Terms of service

ThickerPeek is a stock-research tool. We summarise news, score sentiment, generate AI digests + theses, and let you build watchlists and alerts. We are NOT an investment advisor and we are NOT registered as one with the AFM (Dutch Authority for Financial Markets).

We don't execute trades. Setups in the decisions engine are research output, not buy/sell recommendations. Any trade you make based on our content is your own decision and your own responsibility.

You're responsible for your account credentials. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

One human per free or hobby account; team plans allow multiple seats.

We can suspend accounts that abuse the service (rate-limit gaming, share-of-API exhaustion, ToS violations).

Paid plans are monthly or annual; SEPA Direct-Debit or card via Mollie. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

We're transparent about price changes. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at for at least 12 months after any increase announcement.

Refunds: full refund within 14 days of first paid charge (Dutch consumer law). After 14 days, prorated refunds at our discretion for service outages.

Don't reverse-engineer or scrape the service to rebuild a competing product.

API tokens are bound to your tier — programmatic use is limited to your plan's allowance.

Don't share account credentials. Family-office and team plans exist for multi-user setups.

The service is provided as-is. AI-generated content (digests, theses, agent answers) can be wrong. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any consequential damages from using the product.

You can close your account any time at /settings/profile.

We can terminate accounts for ToS violations with reasonable notice, except in cases of clear abuse where we may act immediately.

Dutch law. Disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam, except where mandatory consumer-law jurisdiction rules apply.
